Course, Lab, and Misc. Fees

Wondering if the fee changes submitted in January will be in effect this fall? Each fee has been reviewed by the Provost’s Office and will next be reviewed at the June 19th Board of Regent’s meeting. As soon as our office has news about any proposed changes for fall, we’ll reach out to each unit that submitted a fee change proposal to let you know the decision of the Board of Regents on each fee change.

Summary of Curricular Changes

Over the past year, the EPAC committee reviewed many programs and courses, and the committee’s contributions were instrumental in making the detailed decisions necessary to ensure our campus offerings are relevant and effective. Specifically, the committee reviewed 29 new programs, 16 revised programs, and deactivated 35 programs. We also had 4 new prefixes added and revised CIP codes for 3 programs. In addition, the committee reviewed and approved 71 new courses, revised 20 courses, and deactivated 29 courses.

Many thanks to the committee members below for their dedication this past year:

  • Christina Dando, College of Arts and Sciences (Fall 2024)
  • Huchen Liu, College of Arts and Sciences (Spring 2025)
  • Elizabeth Wessling, College of Business Administration
  • Kenneth White, College of Communication, Fine Arts and Media
  • Gabriel Gutierrez, College of Education, Health, and Human Services
  • Agatha Owora, College of Information Science & Technology
  • Julie Blaskewicz Boron, College of Public Affairs and Community Service
  • Isabel Soto Luna, Criss Library

EPAC Representative Change

While we’ll miss Huchen and Gabriel on EPAC as they have both completed their terms, we’re excited to welcome Paula Jakopovic and Claudia Garcia to the committee.
