Emeritus Recommendations

Do you have faculty who will soon be retiring? Emeritus recommendations for faculty retiring at the end of the academic year are due April 1. For additional information on eligibility for emeritus and the recommendation process, see the Emeritus folder in the College Resources SharePoint site. Questions? College-specific Named Chairs and Professorships

Recommendations for new appointments and renewals of college-specific named chairs and professorships are due April 1.  Colleges are asked to submit their recommendations along with candidate CVs to Christine Hoffman by April 1. 

Faculty Workload Planning

New Assistant Director for University Honors Program

Honors is delighted to welcome new Assistant Director, Andrew Faltin, J.D., M.A. Andrew has worked in various areas in higher education ranging from student affairs administration to teaching law-related courses, and he will teach for Honors as well as work closely with its students. He is very interested in undergraduate college student development, strategic planning, and professional/graduate student success. 

Engaged Teaching & Learning Roundtables

Join the Office of Engagement for a monthly discussion about engaged teaching & research. You’ll hear best practices and lessons learned from fellow faculty and OE staff members who can connect you to resources that will help you along the way. Join us as we share information and build community around engaged teaching.
