Within the next couple months, Digital Learning and CFE will be moving into office space on the third floor of the library; however, the space isn't quite ready. We are less than two months away from our contract ending with VidGrid on June 30th, 2023. In preparation, YuJa has been swapping VidGrid links and videos with YuJa links and videos in all Canvas courses prior to the spring 2023 semesters. Note: there were a few small issues related to page names, captions, and thumbnail images when swapping out videos and links in courses prior to the Spring 2023 semester. Please select the more Information button below for additional details.
What's Still to Come?
Starting around May 8th, links and embedded videos in spring, summer, and fall 2023 courses will begin. We encourage you not to add any more VidGrid videos to Canvas at this point.
NOTE: If you have VidGrid videos created on web pages or outside of Canvas courses, you'll want to ensure you swap out the VidGrid videos before the end of June to ensure it is accessible for everyone. For help with how to access YuJa Links and Embed Codes, check out this YuJa Tech Tip Video.
