UNO to require masks at Baxter Arena for athletic events

Masks will now be required in Baxter Arena for athletic events.
"Out of an abundance of caution for the health and safety of our student-athletes and fans amid regional increases in COVID-19 transmissions, attendees at Baxter Arena athletic events will be asked to wear a mask upon entry," The University of Nebraska Omaha tweeted Wednesday.
This comes after a spike in COVID-19 cases across the region.
There has been no information released regarding the UNO campus mask policy at this time.
