Thousands of people in Ukraine are without power and water as Russia targets critical infrastructure.Ukraine's president said 30% of power stations have been destroyed in just over a week.KETV spoke with former U.S. Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel about the war on Tuesday. He said Vladimir Putin is not weakening the Ukrainian people — he's strengthening them. "That counts in warfare in this kind of warfare. Like Vietnam, like Afghanistan, like Iraq... the intensity of the fighters. The Ukrainians, 'We're not gonna allow Russia to do this,' is almost more than any other element of the war," Hagel said.Hagel also said Russia's action has also brought western countries closer together.
