Chile is deploying the army to the border to halt illegal immigration

The Chilean government has empowered soldiers to control identity, check luggage and even detain people suspected of irregularly entering Chile through the border crossings in the north. But experts argue it won’t make a big difference to stop illegal immigration. The World’s Tibisay Zea reports.
