As you read annual review files, keep in mind the many opportunities to recognize the work of your faculty. As a chair or director, you can elevate their accomplishments by:

      • Letting faculty know about UNO’s new Share Your Success storytelling platform, where they can share accomplishments in research, scholarship, and creative activity through campus newsletters, social media, and news releases.
      • Suggesting faculty join the UNO Experts listing (contact unonews@unomaha.edu).
      • Nominating someone for a college or campus award. Note: there is a new campus award for Faculty Peer Mentoring. Don’t forget part-time instructors. The Excellence in Part-time Teaching Award has a new streamlined application. Many awards have nomination deadlines in March.
