Leaves are falling all around campus and the temperature is dropping, which means it’s almost time for Halloween!
Because Halloween falls on a weekend this year, I want to invite our faculty and staff to show their Maverick Spirit and come to campus in costume on Friday, Oct. 29!
It’s one of my favorite times of the year and a great way to connect with our whole community.
I hope to see all of you dress up to celebrate the holiday! Remember, let’s keep our costumes work appropriate and family friendly.
Also, the Child Care Center will hold a parade across the campus from 9:45 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. on a route that stretches from the center through the middle of campus to Roskens Hall, so come out and cheer on our mini-Mavericks! Let’s show them what it means to be part of this UNO family.
