General Education Reading Circles (registration not required)

CFE and General Education will host a breakfast to kick off the general education reading circles. There will be a brief overview of potential book options and the logistics of the reading circles. You do not need to know which book you want to read prior to the breakfast. Books will be provided for all participants.

Learn more about AI detection tools from a panel of UNO faculty. The session will include helpful suggestions to consider as you develop your syllabi statements, set course expectations, and finalize assignments and projects for the spring semester (open to full and part-time faculty).
February is writing and research month. CFE is teaming up with ORCA and the UNO Library to offer writing and research support and highlight internal funding. Faculty can sign up for the asynchronous 10-Day Writing Challenge and/or several synchronous workshops on using Zotero, maximizing Digital Commons, and more. See the full slate of opportunities here.
