      Featured Resource

      Prepare for upcoming annual reviews by:

      • Setting a schedule to review files and provide feedback, reserving time on your calendar now, and informing your faculty of your timeline.
      • Refamiliarizing yourself with departmental and college policies and the Watermark Faculty Success workflow.
      • Creating a list of resources you can draw from when you provide feedback to faculty.
      • Attending the January 24 Academic Administrator Training which will focus on faculty evaluation.

      Prepare your faculty by:

      • Clarifying expectations and evaluation criteria with faculty.
      • Checking with first-year faculty to make certain they understand the purpose and process for the annual review.
      • Communicating the value of diverse contributions and varied paths to excellence as well as the importance of self-reflection.
      • Providing reminders of timelines and deadlines.

            UCAT’s Teaching Tools for Difficult Classroom Situations

            10-day Writing Challenge

            February 2-14.

            Faculty and graduate students can get a jump start on 2025 writing goals. Write one hour (of your choosing) per day, Monday-Friday.
