Dear Students and Scholars,

 

We want to share an update regarding a recent immigration announcement. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has issued a final rule related to Duration of Status (D/S). The rule is now available to view in the Federal Register and is expected to be officially published within 24 hours. It will take effect 60 days after the official publication date.

 

At this time, no immediate action is required, and there are no changes to your current status.

 

We are actively reviewing the rule and also following the analyses of national legal and policy organizations. We will follow up with more detailed information next week.
