UNO’s academic support centers are a great asset for students, but many won’t find their way to these services without your guidance. Encourage students to access this support by:
Sharing a success story of a past student who got help from the Math-Science Learning Center, Speech Center (now with a second location in Mammel Hall), or Writing Center to tackle a challenging assignment or improve their course grade.
Reminding them that their student fees support the centers and there is no additional charge for using the services.
Making help available with just one click by including the following information within assignments, on Canvas, and in presentation slides.
