Staff Advisory Council

Dear Staff,

I want to take a moment, on behalf of the Staff Advisory Council (SAC), to acknowledge the evolving situation at the federal and state levels, and the closure of the Office of Diversity, Equity, Access and Inclusion.

We are actively seeking clarity on what these changes mean going forward, as well as how the campus and the system plan to support staff and the students we serve.

Our mission is to facilitate communication between administration and all staff members across UNO. As updates are made available, we will share with you to provide as much transparency as possible. Understand that at this time, there are still a lot of unknowns, even from people who normally would know.

Your voices matter, and we remain dedicated to representing and supporting you.

Sincerely,
Ashley Ostransky
President, UNO Staff Advisory Council
