    Build your leadership capacity by learning coaching skills. Dr. Carrie Bowler returns to the UNO campus to lead another round of coaching workshops. The session will cover the basics of coaching for chairs and directors and give you time to practice those skills.

    Are you prepared for a faculty search? Access Tips and Templates to help you craft a great position announcement. Consult the updated UNO Faculty Search Guidelines and Toolkit which now includes an easy-to-use checklist and step-by-step guidance for instructional faculty and research associate searches.

     

    Encourage faculty to attend faculty search training and keep current (complete every three years). Beginning this fall, Foundations of Faculty Search Training will be delivered asynchronously via Bridge. Look for registration information in mid to late September. Registration for other training that renews eligibility to serve on a search committee is now open.
