UNO employees are encouraged to use one hour on the first Friday of each month to explore an activity that helps them be inventive, creative, and energized. How will you spend your hour on September 6?
All UNO staff are invited to the monthly general Staff Advisory Council meetings, held the second Tuesday of every month from 9 to 10:30 A.M. This month we will be at the Community Engagement Center (CEC), or you can join us on Zoom. September's meeting will include information about the Wear Black Give Back 2024 Campaign and the Durango Discount Program!
Interested in donating for the event? Donations can be dropped off at the Thompson Alumni Center between 2-4 p.m. on the last Wedneday of each month! Accepted clothing items include any pre-washed, ready-to-wear, business-professional or business-casual attire. Some examples include button-up shirts and blouses, pants, skirts, blazers, ties, socks, polos, jeans, dresses, jumpsuits, dress shoes and scrubs.
UNO students are invited to shop for three FREE new and gently used professional clothing items for interviews, internships, career fairs, jobs and more. A variety of sizes and styles are available to help you dress for success. This event is open to all UNO students and made possible through donations by UNO alumni and friends.
