Announcing Our First Staff Appreciation Week

Through October 12th, we are hosting our inaugural Staff Appreciation Week — a week full of fun events, great discounts and giveaways, and plenty of Maverick Spirit!

 

Staff Appreciation Week is hosted by the UNO Staff Advisory Council (SAC) and co-sponsored by the UNO Faculty Senate, UNO Human Resources, the UNO Alumni Association, Omaha Athletics, and the University of Nebraska (NU) Foundation.

Popcorn Pick-Up | October 7 & 9

"Pop" on by our tables (see specific day for location and times) for a to-go bag of Vic's black/red or plain popcorn. Rumor is there may also be a Hardy Coffee Co. gift card with each popcorn.

All Staff Breakfast | October 10

Start your Friday-Eve off right and stop by for a light morning breakfast. This all staff breakfast will take place on October 10th at the Milo Bail Student Center, 2nd floor Ballroom from 7 to 10 A.M. Bring your MavCARD to expedite your access to a great start to your day!

Friday Fun Day | October 11

Have some fun during the lunch hour in the Pep Bowl with fellow Mavericks from across campus! Bring your lunch, play some fun yard games, and help us celebrate the end of a Maverick Spirit filled week.

Family Trunk or Treat | October 12

Give your little Mavericks a jump on their Halloween candy haul by attending and/or participating in the Family Trunk or Treat!
